Dr. Richard Clark - HPT Conference Interview


In recent posts I reported my Experience at the ISPI 2012 Performance Improvement Conference. While there, Dr. Richard Clark, one of the keynote speakers, spoke on the importance of using research-based practices to improve human learning and performance.
